Dr. Martin Toporek
Dr. Martin Toporek, a native of Charleston, decided his hometown was the ideal place for both his interests and practice to thrive. After graduating from Porter Gaud High School, he pursued his passion for science at the University of Georgia, earning a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Continuing his academic journey, Dr. Toporek obtained his Doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina, School of Dentistry, where he excelled, graduating with distinction and receiving the Merit Award for Fixed Prosthodontics.
Driven by his affinity for both art and science, Dr. Martin embarked on a career in dentistry, recognizing its unique blend of artistry and precision. A gifted sculptor and painter, Dr. Martin enjoys the satisfaction in giving patients a lasting and beautiful smile. Leveraging advancements in tooth-colored filling materials and porcelain techniques, Dr. Toporek offers an array of solutions to help patients achieve their dental health and aesthetic ideals. Dr. Toporek's primary focus is understanding each patient's dental objectives, blending technical expertise with artistic vision to empower them with the confidence to smile brightly!
