Dr. Tolbert is a graduate of Clemson University, the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine, and the University of Florida Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program. He serves as a Key Opinion Leader for International dental companies including Planmeca, SprintRay, and TruAbutment. He is also on the Board of Education at Planmeca. He lectures on the practical applications of technologies including digital impressions, CAD/CAM dentistry, digital radiology, CBCT 3D imaging, digital smile design, orthodontics, guided implant surgery, and 3D printing applications in dentistry. Dr. Tolbert currently serves as an Affiliate Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine and as an Adjunct Professor at Clemson University Department of Science. He has also served in numerous leadership roles with American Dental Association at both the State and local levels. Dr. Tolbert is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He has also been published and featured in several dental magazines, international continuing education webinars, and TEDx events. He is CEO and Co-founder of Launch Digital Dentistry, an educational company focused on implementing digital dentistry workflows to better your practice. He currently practices full-time in a distinguished private practice in Greenville, South Carolina.
